Constant envelope pusher Lady Gaga is at it again, this time on the cover of Vogue Hommes Japan wearing nothing but a meat bikini while Rihanna hit the beaches of Hawaii showing off her new tattoo — of a gun! With all this behavior becoming more and more prevalent among Hollywood stars one wonders, when does bad taste go too far?

The bad taste epidemic does not stop with Lady Gaga and Rihanna either — in fact everyone from Taylor Momsen and Miley Cyrus to Venus Williams and Snooki seems to have been caught in the act. What is motivating these girls to behave this way though?

It's not talent that gets publicity, it's the wild behavior.

The response to these acts may be the biggest boost to the popularity of these stars. Lady Gaga's meat look elicited a strong and immediate reaction from PETA president Ingrid Newkirk who said in a statement, Oh, Lady Gaga's job is to do outlandish things, and this certainly qualifies as outlandish because meat is something you want to avoid putting on or in your body.
