3) Jump ropes: Jump rope is incredibly helpful for building strength. It is particularly helpful for players who want to do well in the entire game.
4) Standing Broad Jump: Stay in a normal, upright position and then jump out as far as you can, ending up with each feet at the same time.
5) Rim Jumps: Stand beneath a basketball ring and continuously make an effort to jump up and touch the rim
