Koh Samui is one of Thailand's most popular tourist destinations. Located in the gulf of Thailand the beautiful beaches and emerald water is big draw card for international travelers.

Flying into Samui's International airport allows for a tantalizing glimpse of what's to come. Unspoiled jungle, gorgeous beaches and a hint of the traditional Thai culture of old, all rubbing shoulders with a thriving bar scene, shops restaurants and night life.

Many travelers head to Chaweng; the largest town and the longest beach on the island. Long streets crammed with boutiques and stalls jostle for your attention. Eating options in Chaweng cross international divisions, Japanese, Chinese, Brazilian, English, German, cuisines as well as a plethora of local Thai, spicy and delicious. Fish, locally caught and straight from the sea, is displayed on mountains of ice, ready to be barbequed, and piglets roasted on spits.
