As per PSARA, the security Agency should appoint a controlling authority who will supervise the walk of the respective security guards. Any person with three years of experience who has worked prior in the Army, navy, and air force is eligible to be the supervisor. Training should also be given as per the Act to the supervisor so that they can do the work with utmost responsibility. The PSARA Act specifies criteria in detail, including the qualification health conditions in the clothing manner of the security guards.
