This training is for 26 days where you will be taught different asanas based on Vinyasa flow, yin yoga & meditation including yoga Nidra. For these 26 days, you will reside in the yoga retreat where you will be provided with accommodation, sattvic food along with access to a well-stocked library. Every day you have to follow a set schedule where you have to practice the different asanas, undergo meditation and pranayama.



However, before getting enrolled in the 300 hour yoga teacher training in India, you need to ensure that you fit the below requirements:

You have completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training in India from the specific yoga retreat. And since the retreat is registered with Yoga Alliance, USA, you don’t need to register again.

... You have completed the 200 hour training but the yoga retreat from where you did the course is not registered with Yoga Alliance, USA. As such you will receive the certificate but you cannot register with Yoga Alliance.
You have no previous training in yoga but want to enrich your knowledge in this field. You can get enrolled in this course but you will receive a regular certificate. You cannot register with Yoga Alliance, USA.

Most of the yoga retreats have a strict regime and a set of guidelines that you need to stick to. If you thought that you can break the rules or can go out while your 300 hour yoga teacher training in India is still on and party the night away - then you are mistaken. You cannot do this. For the entire duration of the training, you have to follow the lifestyle of the yoga retreat. Once the course is complete and you receive the certificate, you can step out and get back to your normal life. This is done to ensure that you are constantly engrossed in yoga. This will help to improve your concentration and you will be able to master the different asanas in a seamless manner otherwise the distractions will break your concentration. Learning yoga requires discipline, commitment and complete dedication. There is no place for any kind of distraction.
