● Consistently making academic progress, with no breaks longer than seven months.
● Earning specific grades in six 4U or M courses to finish high school and achieve the OSSD.
● Under the age of 21 during the application period.
● Have not studied in any college or university after high school.
● Committed to starting and finishing an undergraduate degree.
