(1)Programming or Content Sponsored by an Ad
1. Is there a relationship between the content of the ad and the content of the sponsored program-- for instance, an antidrug ad by a politician in an antidrug documentary or an ad for a beauty product in a women's magazine?
2. Is the content of the program potentially offensive to any organized interest group? If so, is the advertiser aware of this? If so, why is the advertiser sponsoring the program?

(2)Content Surrounding (Contextualizing) an Ad
Do the programs or stories surrounding the ad provide a positive context for the ad? Do the ads surrounding this ad provide a Omega Replica positive context for the ad? (3)Pressure on Advertiser
1. Has the advertiser or manufacturer been subject to pressure from groups that disapprove of the product or the program/content sponsored by the products ads? Have ads or sponsorship been altered in response to this pressure?
2. Has the advertiser altered the ad in response to a consent agreement with the FTC?
3. Have the networks, stations, newspapers, or magazines in which the ad appears requested changes in the ad? Were the changes made? If so, how did the changes affect the ad's ability to convey its intended meaning?

(4)How to Influence the Media
Short of running for political office or joining a congressional staff in order to change the laws, what can individuals or groups do to influence media practices?
