New Orleans is known as the haunted city of America. When you're visiting New Orleans, walk around the streets during the night. Then you can sense the spooky shit. Every alleyway, every door, and every window was controlled by New Orleans' ghosts. Below we have listed a few of the haunted locations to visit.

LaLaurie Mansion
This mansion is considered haunted to date because of the incident that took over here. For many years, reports of paranormal activity claimed at this place. These souls belong to the slaves who are torched by Madame LaLaurie. There is a room in the LaLaurie Mansion where slaves are torched to death. Many people claimed moaning sounds and negative energy near that room. In 1894, a resident who lived at the mansion was murdered in his room. The police assumed that he was a victim of a robbery. During the investigation, they found that he was killed by a demon inside his room. Do you believe it? When police interview his friend. He said that he is having a problem with a demon and it will kill him. Police were also shocked because they hadn't found any evidence near the crime scene.

Guests and employees have reported four main ghosts who grace the halls of the Bourbon Orleans. In the 19th century, the nuns of the Sisters of the Holy Family lived here with sick children. They all died in this building, and their spirits are still roaming in the rooms. Another incident in Room 644, a nun committed suicide in this room and she belongs to the Sisters of the Holy Family. Visitors who lived in this room claimed that they saw a nun watching them during night time.

Le Pavillon Hotel, Lafayette Cemetery
Le Pavillon Hotel is near Drury Plaza and is reported as haunted by over a hundred souls. According to the legend, the hotel consists of a portal to the other side (dead people) just like Poltergeist. Another one is Lafayette Cemetery a burial site where movie shootings took place like Dracula (2000). The visitors and crew reported that they witnessed eerie ghosts and strange noises inside the coffins.

Astor Crowne Plaza
Paranormal experts encountered sinister energies, mysterious orbs, and full-bodied apparitions. People who are staying near the Alexa tower are close to the property of ghost residents. The property is beautiful with extreme skeptics staying an extra night to find out the truth.
