As we start our day, we are often busy with our daily chores and somehow we neglect our skin. We often see breakouts, acne, pimples, white heads due to stress. Our face is the most sensitive part than rest of our body and it needs extra care. We often see many brands claiming to use their products but the most important part in skincare is moisturising if our skin is well moisturised then most of our problems are solved. One must invest in a face cream.
A good face cream does so much to our skin than just moisturising it. It helps in reducing pimples, redness, dryness and also prevent early skin aging. Every skin type has a different face cream. One must know their skin type before investing in a face cream. If your skin is oily and secretes oil one must invest in a face cream which makes your skin less oily and also hydrates your skin. If you have a dry skin type and you want to get rid of those dry patches that appear in your skin one must invest in a good hydrating face cream which will help you to vanish those dry patches ad redness.
Best way to apply a face cream.
1. Firstly to wash your face with a good ...
... cleanser thoroughly.
2. Then apply your face cream on damp skin, it is said that if you apply your face cream on damp skin then it locks the moisture well.
3. Always apply your face cream in small amounts and in a dotted matter so that the face cream is thoroughly applied on your face.
4. Be gentle with your skin while applying your face cream, massage your skin well so that the cream is penetrated inside your skin.
5. Apply your face cream with clean hands.
6. Use face cream daily for better results.
7. Always apply face cream before doing your makeup so that you skin feels hydrated and your makeup becomes long lasting.
We often come across two types of creams one is a day cream and second is a night cream and yes both are different. You cannot use a day cream in night and a night cream in day as both of them have different uses. A day cream mostly helps to protect your skin from dust, pollution and harmful UV rays and a night cream is supposed to penetrate deep inside your skin and repair it.
• For a day cream one must require a face cream which is rich in vitamin c and must be a SPF higher than 30 which acts as a skin barrier and protects our skin from harmful UV rays.
• When it comes to night cream one must require a face cream which is rich in retinols, vitamin e, hyaluronic acid which helps in skin repair. A night cream is usually thicker than a day cream which soothes your skin. So choose your face cream wisely before investing in one.
