For rear extension:

• In the case of double storeys, rear extensions can expand as far as 3 m from the original residence on condition that it is 7 m away from the wall at the rear side
For basement extension:
• The basement is not part of a separate unit
• The usage of the basement extension stays unchanged
• The builder has not excavated the land to form a new basement
• The inclusion of a lightwell has not altered the external appearance
For loft conversions:
• Dormer windows of the converted loft must always be within the highest part of the existing roof
• The cubic content of the converted space is a maximum of 40 m3
• Dormer windows must be within the roof plane on the primary elevation and not extended forward any more
