Bluestar Energy Capital Launches Noveria Energy
Bluestar Energy Capital, known as BEC, has unveiled Noveria Energy, a new venture aimed at driving forward battery energy storage system (BESS) projects across Europe, starting with a robust focus on the German market. This initiative marks BEC's strategic expansion into the European energy sector, leveraging its established expertise in renewable energy development from previous successes in the U.S. and Australia.
Noveria Energy's debut comes with a substantial pipeline of projects totaling over 2 gigawatt-hours (GWh), currently advancing through various stages of interconnection and permitting. The platform is spearheaded by Ben Brooks, an industry veteran with significant portfolio management and engineering roles at Schroders Greencoat and DNV, underscoring Noveria's commitment to operational excellence and technical proficiency.
