I was lucky enough to be able to schedule my vacation so that I could go on the Belize trip. It was life changing! The first step was applying for membership with Events & Adventures; I was terrified. I was worried I wouldn't meet anyone I was compatible with - whether it was a new girlfriend who I could spend Saturday afternoons at the mall with or someone I was compatible with on a romantic level, my big concern was that this would be a flop. It was anything but a flop. I chose my wedding dress this past weekend and can't wait to go for the final fitting in three weeks. Nothing has happened in my life that even remotely compares. Max and I will be getting married in exactly 42 days - we're both counting down the minutes. Events & Adventures is so much more than a "dating club". I know for a fact two lives have forever changed because two people took that first step, despite their uncertainties.
