ORDINARY PASSPORT This is the most common type of passport, issued by ordinary citizens for regular travel, such as vacations, business trips, or studying abroad. It’s valid till 5 to 10 years which contains the personal details, a photograph and a biometric data.

DIPLOMATIC PASSPORT Issued to diplomats and government officials who travel internationally on official state business. It is distinct from a regular passport, featuring a maroon cover. Provides diplomatic immunity and certain privileges under international law. It often allows visa-free entry to many countries. It includes diplomatic status information.

OFFICIAL PASSPORT Given to government employees and officials who travel for work-related purposes, but they are not diplomats. It is usually valid only for the duration of the official assignment. It often has specific design elements distinguishing it from ordinary passports.

EMERGENCY PASSPORT Emergency passports can be issued in urgent situations when a regular passport is lost, stolen, or needs to be replaced quickly. It is valid for a short period, typically until the traveler can return home or obtain a regular passport, which contains essential travel information but may lack some security features of a regular passport.

ELIGIBILITY FOR PASSPORT
Eligibility for a passport generally requires proof of citizenship, identity, and legal standing, along with the completion of necessary forms and payment of fees.
