Italian Cuisine

Cannoli Joe's, for instance (located at 4715 Highway 290 W.) is Italian gourmet. Locally owned, Cannoli Joe's chefs prepare homestyle Italian cooking right before your eyes. They also won the Statesman's A-List Poll for best Italian restaurant in Austin, Texas.

Modern Mexican Cantina

The Iron Cactus Restaurant and Margarita Bar (located at 606 Trinity St.) boasts wonderful reviews. They're a chain restaurant, with 5 locations around Texas altogether. Established in 1996, the Iron Cactus dwells in contemporary Mexican food, drawing inspiration from many different parts of Mexico itself.
