(NYSE American: SENS) recently announced a strategic collaboration with Rimidi to develop the Eversense Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Program, with a focus on enhancing diabetes care through innovative technological solutions. Rimidi, renowned for its clinical management platform, seeks to improve patient experiences and streamline clinical workflows for chronic disease management, particularly in diabetes care.

The partnership will involve integrating Eversense glucose data into Rimidi's extensive clinical management platform, which is utilized by health systems, capitated health plans, and physician practices. This integration is in line with Medicare's reimbursable remote patient monitoring telehealth programs and seamlessly integrates with existing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
