Sambalpur, Apr 5: Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan greeted 10-year-old Ishan Prangya for receiving the Golden Pen jury Award from international organization BriBooks.

Ishan bagged the Golden Pen Jury Award for his book 'The Three Lessons'. He emerged number one in the competition held on the topics of creativity, dictionary, and other topics.
