Clario Acquires Ai Software Firm Artiq
Clario, a healthcare research and technology company, has announced the acquisition of ArtiQ, a technology company. This move will enhance Clario's Respiratory Solutions portfolio by incorporating more artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities. Chris Fikry, Clario's CEO, expressed excitement about the acquisition, highlighting the potential for expanding AI applications in clinical trials. Marko Topalovic, the leader of ArtiQ, will now oversee Clario's AI strategy. The integration of ArtiQ's technology aims to improve spirometry data analysis and streamline clinical trial processes. Clario's previous acquisition of Inofab Health in November 2023, a manufacturer of ultrasonic sensor spirometer devices, will further strengthen its Respiratory Solutions portfolio and advance AI in clinical trials.
