There are a few people in the world that might not think that living in a on a beautiful beach, in a warm climate and friendly culture is Paradise. You are probably not one of them. So, it would probably be a good time to start looking for that ideal piece of Playa del Carmen real estate, unless the following points are true about you:

1. You hate the beach

If wide stretches, going on for miles, of soft sand with the turquoise water of the Caribbean doesn't make you feel like enjoying a relaxing afternoon in the sun, playing beach volleyball, or going for a romantic walk as a couple, maybe you should look elsewhere.

2. You don't like options.

Playa del Carmen real estate offers variety, including from beachfront condos, convenient downtown apartments, lovely homes in family neighborhoods, gated retirement communities and vibrant neighborhoods with exciting nightlife; the only problem is you have to be able to choose what kind luxury you prefer!

There are many large stores selling wide range of international products, new malls, large screen movies, modern hospitals, and an international airport 45 minutes away that offers cheap, direct flights to most North American cities. There are also a large number of activities nearby

4. Safe, friendly neighborhoods are not your thing.

Gated communities provide a lifestyle atmosphere where residents let their children play in the front yard and in the parks, and bike riders leave their bikes outside without a lock. Even outside of gated communities, Playa del Carmen is a very safe, neighborly community. There are a large number of expats, and the locals are always happy to get know people from other countries.

5. Siberia in the winter sounds appealing.

Most people from the northern United States or Canada prefer to live somewhere else in the winters, especially for retirement. If you are truly in love with the snow, and all the aches and pains that go along with the cold, maybe you could buy a summer home in Antarctica.

If these points are true about you, you might want to look somewhere very far away from Playa del Carmen. However, if they're not, start looking for a Playa del Carmen property today - it will be your paradise!
