We try beautifying our facials; other body parts look charismatic, but the foot care is the more neglected part. Certainly, we take so much stress and strain; our feet hold it completely and firmly.

So, it’s important to take great care of our feet. And it is so simple that we don’t need to go to a therapist or any such specialist if we try to maintain the foot right at home. Here we are going to understand how to take care of your feet at home, Foot Care Essentials, Foot Care Daily Routine, and some pro tips to make your feet healthier.

Why do we need to take care of our feet?
Feet hold the weight of our complete body, and thus they endure a lot of pressure and exertion. Not taking care of our feet may impact our health and mobility, which leads to physical stress and strain.
Care of feet shall never be ignored, as it may sometimes cause infection and deep pain and might also hamper mobility or movement as well.

Step 1: Washing feet thoroughly: Wash the feet with warm water and mild soap. Make sure to wash well between the toes and under the nails.

Step 2: Drying of feet properly: After washing feet thoroughly, pat dry with a soft, clean towel. Make it a point to dry or clean between the toes with a towel to avoid fungal infection because moisture remains un-cleaned.

Step 3: Moisturize the feet: Now it is time to moisturize the feet with a perfect foot cream. It will make the foot’s skin hydrated and healthier.

Step 4: Trimming the toenails: Trim the nails regularly. This will ensure that dirt does not remain in the nails, making sure that ingrown nail treatment at home is taken care of. Trimming the toenails gives your feet a polished look.

Step 5: Checking the feet: Inspect the feet for any hurt, damage, soreness, or any kind of infection. Doing this will help to take preventive measures, and early treatment can be done.

Take a spoonful of oats, add honey and lemon juice to make a paste, and apply it as a mask to your feet. Wash it after 20 minutes.
Apply ripe banana paste all over the feet; wait for some time, and wash.
