Internships
An internship is essential part of PGDM curriculum. Undertaking an internship program during the two years of study is considered to be one of the main practical benefits for students studying a PGDM program from Poddar Business School. The continuous efforts of the training and placement team headed by the Director and independent staff consists of faculty and student placement coordinator drawn from various departments.
Campus to Corporate
Poddar Business School aims to keep the needs of the industry in perspective and in turn make the learning more pragmatic and applicable. A five-day management development program was organized for its MBA and PGDM students. The Experts focused on keeping a balanced mindset, skills and tools as they are essential for success. Under the theme Corporate to Connect’ corporate trainer from Mumbai Mr. Mahendra B. Thakur from Mumbai focused on the balance of mindset, skills and tools as they are essential for success.

Training Programs
The Training and Placement Cell orchestrated the 'Pitch Perfect' event within the premises of Poddar Business School. The event welcomed a distinguished guest, Ms. Rajshree Jain from ISTD, who graciously joined as one of the judges and mentors.
The Training and Placement Department of Poddar Business School also organized a training Program ‘Saksham’ conducted by Star Health and Allied Insurance for students. This was a 3-month rigorous training program. From this training, the students will get a practical exposure on prospecting, need identification, sales skills, objection handling, etc. The Placement Cell also organized a Pre-Placement Talk of A3Logics (India) Pvt. Ltd. for the PGDM and MBA students of Poddar Business School, one of the top B-schools in India.
