Falvey Insurance Group COO Jack Falvey noted that real-time vessel positions, cargo volumes, and warehouse information make report compilation difficult. This lengthy process typically delayed report generation by two weeks, preventing timely decision-making and operational efficiency.

Falvey used Domo's broad connector library to merge data from multiple sources into a single, accessible platform to address these difficulties. Falvey received real-time workload indicators for recruiting choices and cargo risk evaluations like storms from Domo's solution. Falvey might also assess client involvement with marketing materials and use real-time data during customer presentations to improve departmental decision-making.
