For the sound system installation we have installed fourteen Cloud CSC6 ceiling speakers throughout the two rooms, six in the front area and eight in the larger rear area so that they have adequate coverage throughout when they are having meetings and performing presentations, these are powered from two Cloud VA2120 100 volt line amplifiers installed in the existing cabinet.

Within the existing cabinet we have installed an Allen & Heath Qpac digital mixer along with another two Sennheiser handheld radio mic systems and their existing Sennheiser headset radio mic systems.

For the visual installation we have added another two Samsung 50″ TV display screens on wall arm brackets, along with Kramer HDMI over CAT6 senders and receivers coupled to a new Kramer 1 in 4 out HDMI distribution amplifier system so that all the screens and the projector show the same image throughout, whether they use their existing PC or the Barco Clickshare wireless presentation unit.

Another part of the installation was to provide them with a new lectern so we opted for the JM Osprey lectern along with their logo on the front ...
... and we also installed an Audio Technica gooseneck microphone along with a switched shock mount for presentations.
