Perion Network Ltd. (NASDAQ and TASE: PERI) has completed the acquisition of Hivestack Inc., a leading global full-stack programmatic digital out-of-home (DOOH) company, for US $100 million in cash upon closing and a potential additional payment of up to US $25 million based on employee retention and performance over three years.

DOOH advertising transforms public spaces into interactive experiences, delivering personalized content in real-time. The acquisition positions Perion to capitalize on this nascent market, enhancing its global footprint across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APAC.

Hivestack's platform serves major brands, agencies, and media owners like Uber, Colgate, Lego, and The Trade Desk. This acquisition aligns with Perion’s strategy to expand its technological capabilities and diversify its offerings, expecting to leverage Hivestack's technology for comprehensive client solutions.
