This exceptional elixir, available at Custom Cannabis and soon to grace the shelves of the state's dispensaries, adds a flavorful and healthful dimension to this classic Baked Truffle Mac.
Recipe: Baked Truffle Mac with CannabisInfused Elixir
Ingredients:
1 pound of macaroni ...

1/4 cup cannabisinfused rice oil
2 tablespoons truffle oil
3 tablespoons allpurpose flour
3 cups whole milk
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Gruyère cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
Salt, to taste
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
Cook the macaroni pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the cannabisinfused rice oil and truffle oil. Gradually whisk in the flour to create a smooth roux.
Slowly pour in the whole milk, continuing to whisk to avoid lumps. Allow the mixture to simmer until it thickens.
