Infowest Acquires Sunriver Fiber Assets

SunRiver Fiber Network was formerly owned and operated by Cable Systems of Nevada. InfoWest Inc., a majority-owned subsidiary of Boston Omaha Corporation (NYSE: BOC), has successfully completed the acquisition of the bulk of assets from SunRiver Fiber Network. This deal includes all of the fiber internet assets as well as subscriber agreements for internet and Voice over IP (VoIP) services. Additionally, it significantly increases InfoWest's existing fiber footprint in the St. George area of Utah.
Randy Cosby, Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of InfoWest, has expressed appreciation for this strategic acquisition. He highlighted the well-designed and constructed characteristics of the SunRiver Fiber Network in his remarks. This acquisition is in line with InfoWest's growth strategy and exemplifies the company's dedication to providing customers with high-speed fiber internet while maintaining a strong emphasis on their satisfaction.

It also presents a chance for them to improve their continuing efforts to expand broadband availability in St. George. According to Nyberg, the achievement of this milestone is in line with the company's objective to give each of their clients the best possible internet experience.
Around 1,000 active customers are served by the SunRiver Fiber Network, which was formerly maintained by Cable Systems. The network has roughly 2,700 fiber passings and provides service to those consumers. Southern Utah, Nevada, and Colorado have all benefited from Cable Systems' high-speed internet, video services, and voice services during the past few years.
