Datalink: Newsweek's 2023 Top 100 Workplace

In the latest announcement by Newsweek, DataLink secured an impressive spot as the No. 7 company in their 2023 Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces® list. Notably, DataLink also claimed the coveted No. 1 position in the "Most Collaborative" subcategory, emphasizing their commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment.
DataLink's inclusion in this prestigious list was a result of various commendable practices that resonate with their employees. The company places a significant focus on communication and engagement with its workforce. They conduct frequent town hall meetings, one-on-one sessions with leadership, regular check-ins with the HR department, and gather employee feedback through surveys. This emphasis on open dialogue has led to substantial improvements in employee benefits and compensation, which now ranks in the top 15% of their industry.
Ashish Kachru, the CEO of DataLink, expressed their immense pride at being recognized by Newsweek. He attributed this accomplishment to the unique culture fostered at DataLink and the consistent efforts put forth by the leadership and HR teams to ensure that employees ...
... thrive within the organization.
Newsweek partnered with the Best Practice Institute to compile this list. The rankings were based on feedback from over 1.4 million employees across companies of varying sizes. These rankings aim to acknowledge organizations that create work environments where employees feel respected, inspired, and valued.
Vineet Gambhir, the Chief Human Resources Officer at DataLink, highlighted their dedication to an employee-centric culture. This recognition, he noted, is a testament to their efforts in actively seeking employee input and translating it into actionable steps that enhance the well-being of their workforce.
To determine the top 100 companies, a rigorous evaluation process was followed. Employee survey responses accounted for 35% of the initial score, while external public ratings from platforms like Comparably, CareerBliss, Glassdoor, Indeed, and Google contributed 25%. A significant portion, 40%, came from direct interviews with company officials and their written responses.
Newsweek then conducted additional research to ascertain the final list of 100 companies and their rankings. This list featured both U.S. companies and firms with a strong U.S. presence based overseas.
DataLink's exceptional ranking in this list underscores their commitment to creating a workplace that thrives on collaboration, communication, and employee satisfaction.
