Nomi will integrate into Mews Guest Journey, enabling hotels to offer highly personalized experiences. Founded in 2021, Nomi utilizes AI and predictive analytics to create local tour guides for travelers, considering individual preferences and personality types. This acquisition provides hotels with real-time customer insights for improved guest understanding and operational decisions. Tim Drisdelle, a former Apple engineer, and Natasha Drisdelle, a hospitality industry veteran, founded Nomi. Mews Ventures, Mews' investment arm, managed the acquisition, marking its seventh acquisition to accelerate the tech transformation of the hospitality sector.
