Swedish start-up Måna Care AB is set to launch its innovative digital communication and care platform, Måna®, in early 2024. Måna aims to simplify care and communication among clients, relatives, healthcare providers, and social-care professionals by combining advanced generative AI and industrial IoT technology.

Crucially, the Måna platform is designed to eliminate digital exclusion among the elderly and individuals with cognitive disabilities, promoting independent living. The development process involves close collaboration with both municipal and private healthcare experts, with notable involvement from the occupational therapist in Strängnäs municipality and the private care organization Blomsterfonden.

Founded on June 29, 2023, by technology veterans Jeff DeAngelis from Silicon Valley and Anders Reisch from Sweden, Måna Care AB receives support from Almi Företagspartner Stockholm-Sörmland AB.
