You have found the bargain of the century! The house is on lakefront property, surrounded by bungalows and cabins that are worth up to half a million dollars and you picked it up at auction for a paltry eighty thousand dollars! You can't wait to move in and start fishing. There is only one problem. The house isn't exactly ready to receive you yet.

Let the moving firm know not only which room each bed goes into, but also how they should be positioned and oriented. You will be able, not only to say that the curio cabinet goes in the living room, but you will also be able to tell the moving firm which wall will best display it and whether the natural lighting is enough or if the moving firm should put a lamp close by as well.

Even if you choose not to use a moving firm, you will be able to make decisions like this more efficiently and speed the moving in process up dramatically. Of course, you may feel that the advantages of a removal company outweigh all of this. If the house starts out bad enough, this could easily be the case. The point is, you have a choice here.
