Why is Planning Permission Necessary?
Planning permission has been made mandatory in order to stop illegal construction work. If you don’t apply for the permission and start the construction work without the approval, then the authorities have absolute right to demolish the building. Since, the construction work is illegal, you cannot take any action against the authorities as well. Om the contrary, the authorities will file a case against you and can put you behind the bars. If you are an individual, going to the jail is not at all desirable. It will affect your reputation and you suffer from face loss. And in case, you have a construction company then your business will face the blow.
Everyone will come to know that your construction company is involved in illegal work. They will refuse to work with you because no one wants to get involved with the police or the authorities. In other words, you will lose out on the existing clients and the potential one. Your profit margin will be hit and before you know it, your business will start registering losses.
To avoid this entire mess, you should go ahead and apply for the Berkshire planning permission while you still have time. Make sure that you fill up the form properly and submit it with all the required documents. Don’t forget to pay the fee at the time of form submission.
Pro-Tip: If you have any confusion regarding the form filling or are not sure about the fee amount and would like to clear your doubts on the same, we will suggest that you get in touch with the concerned authorities. Visit the nearest office, or check the online portal for further information. You can drop them a mail or call them up as well – whatever suits you. But you should never submit the form if you have any confusion. If you provide wrong information or incorrect details, there is a chance that your application will be rejected. And once it is rejected it is very difficult to get the approval on the Berkshire planning permission the next time. Hence, be careful and check all points and factors before you go ahead and submit the application. Proper planning and careful execution is very much required in this scenario. What do you think?
