Once you have submitted your UK visa application, you may be wondering how to check whether it has been approved or rejected. There are a few different ways to do this, depending on the visa application centre you used.

Check your application status online

If you applied for your visa through TLSContact, you can check your application status online. To do this, you will need to create an account and login using your reference number and date of birth. Once you have logged in, you will be able to see the status of your application.

If you applied for your visa through VFS Global, you can also check your application status online. To do this, you will need to create an account and login using your application number and date of birth. Once you have logged in, you will be able to see the status of your application.

Check your email

If your visa application has been approved, you will receive an email from the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) with your decision letter attached. The decision letter will state whether your visa has been approved or rejected, and if it has been approved, it will also ...
... include your visa vignette.

Call the UKVI helpline

If you have not received an email from the UKVI, you can call the UKVI helpline on 0300 790 6268. You will need to provide your reference number and date of birth when you call. The helpline advisor will be able to tell you the status of your application.

If your visa is rejected

If your visa is rejected, you will receive a letter from the UKVI explaining the reasons for the rejection. You may be able to appeal the decision, but you will need to do so within 30 days of receiving the letter.

To appeal the decision, you will need to submit a new application form and pay an appeal fee. You will also need to provide evidence to support your appeal.

If your appeal is successful, you will be issued with a visa. However, if your appeal is unsuccessful, you will not be able to travel to the UK.

I hope this helps!
