Outlook Safe Mode is a useful troubleshooting feature that allows you to start Outlook with a minimal set of features and settings. If you're having problems with Outlook, such as frequent crashes or errors, starting it in Safe Mode can help you isolate and fix the issue. Here's How to Start Outlook in Safe Mode:

Step 1: Close Outlook if it's running.

Step 2: Press and hold the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard, and then click on the Outlook icon to open it. Alternatively, you can also press the "Windows" key and "R" key simultaneously to open the Run dialog box, and then type "outlook.exe /safe" and press Enter.

Step 3: You'll see a prompt asking you to confirm that you want to start Outlook in Safe Mode. Click "Yes" to proceed.

Step 4: Outlook will now start in Safe Mode, and you'll see a message at the top of the screen indicating that you're in Safe Mode.

Step 5: Test Outlook to see if the problem you were experiencing is still present. If the problem is resolved in Safe Mode, it may be due to an add-in or customization ...
... that's causing the issue. You can try disabling add-ins or customizations one by one until you identify the culprit.

Step 6: When you're done troubleshooting, exit Outlook and restart it normally.

That's it! Starting Outlook in Safe Mode is a simple and effective way to troubleshoot problems with the application.
