The National Disability Insurance Scheme has done a commendable job in transforming the way disability support and services are provided to people with disabilities. The NDIS support and services are crucial in helping its participants develop their decision- making abilities, which in turn empowers them to exercise choice, control, and the ability to speak up for themselves.
