College of London - COL1920 - launches the first creative training forum
In an electronic virtual group, an elite group of human development, media, management and politics trainers gather in a creative forum to advance the reality of training in institutes and centers that have special accreditation from the British College of London COL1920, as a development phenomenon considered the first of its kind in the training and development sector.

In turn, the head of the Preparatory Committee for the First Creative Training Forum, Engineer Haitham Abu Al-Sondos, Vice Dean of the College in Saudi Arabia, explained that the forum’s goal is to reach efficiency in the training process, which is linked to a set of important training elements, the most important of which are trainers, trainees, training place, time, content and means, which must be measured and evaluated. In a speech presented by Engineer Amr Miqdadi, Vice Dean of the British College of London in Palestine, he indicated that attention must be paid to the training process because of its importance in societies, as it increases productivity and growth in national income and shifts from stereotypical imitation to modernity, development and creativity in various societal aspects.

The training advisor, Professor Abdulaziz Al-Ansari and the Executive Director of Quartz International for Training and Media in Saudi Arabia had a rich intervention in which he said that the idea of the forum came to contribute to improving the training reality in accordance with the modern trends of the training process.

Al-Nasiri continued: "The forum contributes to creating spaces for development in the methods and quality of training and the trainer's personality. It seeks to evaluate training programs and anticipate innovative proposals for the future of training, as well as to exchange experiences and training knowledge and to strengthen the bonds of acquaintance between the participating trainers." He stated that the forum is a solution to the problem of the lack of interest in training topics and their repetition, as well as the limited skills and efficiency of some trainers in various fields.
Mr. Kifah Khamis, Director General of the MBS Institute in Jordan, explained that the trainer is the main title for success in training, noting that what is required in all regions today is to find a permanent incubator for trainers that seeks to identify capabilities, discover new and continuous qualification, and learn about new and advanced training and qualification methods.

And he worked on coordinating the forum, the Director of the Liaison Office, Ms. Aseel Al-Tarayrah, where she welcomed the attendees from accredited institutes and trainers at the British College of London and praised the collective effort of all the affiliates and participants from all countries, noting that the participants were from Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Palestine, Turkey, Syria, Libya, Egypt and the UAE And Algeria, Yemen, Mauritania, Tunisia and Morocco.

For his part, the general coordinator, Mr. Muhammad Al-Kayyali, said that the forum seeks to unify the efforts of trainers and institutes in all countries and increase the effectiveness of training and joint cooperation, especially in light of the difficulties faced by the institutes by attracting affiliates and training contracts.
