Ever had insomnia and attempted to numb your brain by watching the most boring shows on TV only to hear the White Castle commercial emphatically state, What you crave. Did you find yourself hopping into your car, like Harold and Kumar, to drive to White Castle to sit in the drive through line get a mini hamburger at 2 am? You are not alone. In fact you were in a line 20 cars deep. This episode is played over and over again throughout America. White Castle has built it company on what you crave.

Cravings are funny little things. They are consuming desires that only go away when they are satisfied. Whether you desire to be romanced, famous, wealthy, happy, the center of attention, cravings and desires magnetically direct our actions or lives, they are your inner compass.

I know you are shaking your head saying, “not me. I plan and organize my life. I execute my plans to reach the chosen goal. I know what I want. Nothing controls me. I control myself,” except for the simple little addictions to shopping, gambling, sex, alcohol, nicotine and food. Yes your eyes did not fool you. The ...
... last word of the previous sentence was ‘food.’ There are fat and skinny people addicted to chocolate, potato chips, and/ or ice cream. These addictions operate to ease the pain of some undetected cravings wrecking havoc in our lives. Put away your umbrella. The black cloud of rain will disappear when you can truthfully answer the question, ‘What do I crave?’

It maybe love wealth, fame, respect, understanding, acknowledgement, honor. Only you know what you seek. You are rubbing your head as you really don’t have a clue of what you really crave. So begin within. Your personality type, a four letter word, provides insight into what you crave. It looks at what energizes you, how you process information, how you make decisions and your lifestyle orientation †what you crave.
