· They are the dependent kid, common-law partner, or spouse of an economic class Canada PR Visa applicant having a Work Permit
Dependents, common-law partners, and Spouses of workers in a TEER 5 or 4 occupation under the low salary section of Seasonal Agricultural Worker Program and TFWP’s Agricultural Stream are not qualified currently to file the application.
