Arlo Go 2 Camera App & Setup Installation

Follow step-by-step instructions to set up the Arlo Go 2 camera:

Quick Installation

● Take a quick tour of the installation guide to access the Arlo Go camera.

● Bring Arlo Go camera indoors to insert the SIM into it.

● To remove the camera from its housing, push the button on the magnetic charging port. The camera partially slides out of the housing with a click.

● Pull the Arlo Go camera until it separates from its housing, and remove the battery (Arlo Go 2 LTE Battery Life).

● Insert the SIM card into the Arlo Go camera SIM card slot.

● Press the edge of the SIM card to lock it into place until you hear a click.

● Replace the camera battery.

● Insert the camera back into the housing.

● Navigate & launch the Arlo secure app and follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

● Now, mount your Arlo Go camera.

Note: Before mounting your camera, ensure that you can find a suitable LTE connection and motion detection.

Camera LED Status

Check the status of the LED light after switching on the Arlo Go 2 LTE Camera T Mobile. The camera LED changes color and blinks differently according to the charge level.

Blinking Slow blue: Attempting to make a connection with a Wi-Fi network or working on scanning code.

Blinking Fast Blue: Blinking Fast Amber: The camera is establishing an Arlo Wi-Fi or LTE network connection.

Solid Amber: The camera is not connected to the Wi-Fi or LTE networks if it is rapidly blinking amber.

Arlo Secure App

Sign in to the Arlo secure app.

1. Download and open the Arlo secure app.

2. Create an Arlo account.

3. Enter all the required details: First name, Last name, Email Address, Confirm email password, Password, and Confirm password.

4. Click on Agree to terms and conditions to continue.

5. Check your email id to verify your account.

6. Get back to your Arlo app.

7. Keep securing your Arlo Go account.

● Enable/disable pushes notifications.

● Enable/ disable SMS text.

1. Choose the Secure My Account Option.

2. Check your mobile number.

3. Add your trusted device.

Arlo Go 2 Change & Reset Password

For Change Password

1. Go and open Arlo secure app.

2. Click on settings.

3. Move forward in the Account section.

4. Choose Profile> Login settings.

5. Insert your old password.

6. Enter your new password and confirm.

7. Click on Change password.

8. Your new Arlo Go password is saved.

For Reset a Forgotten Password

If you forget your Arlo account password, you can reset your password with your registered email address.

1. Open the Arlo secure app.

2. Click on Forgot Password?

3. Enter your registered email address.

4. Tap on to send email option.

5. Click on the link provided to you via email.

6. Enter the new password.

7. Click to submit.

(Your Arlo secure app password is now reset).

Setup Arlo Go 2 Camera in App

1. Open the Arlo secure app.

2. Go and Select Add Device option.

Follow the on-screen instructions to add your camera. While installing the Arlo app:

● Detects the activated SIM card in your camera and tries to connect to the T-Mobile network.

● Allows you to use your camera to scan one or more QR codes displayed in the app.

● Identify your camera and offers you to join a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network. While the camera is inside a Wi-Fi network's range, choose this option.

● Give you the instructions through your Arlo camera positioning.

2. Find a location with good mobile network coverage where you want to place your camera.

3. After initial setup, you can modify the camera's settings to prevent Wi-Fi network connections if you only wish to use LTE.

Check Arlo Camera Signal Strength

1. Open the Arlo secure app.

2. Click settings> My devices.

3. Choose your camera.

4. Click connected to > Cellular settings > signal strength.

If the network signal strength is less than three bars, move your camera to the location where you get the higher signal strength.

Positioning Of Arlo Go Camera

● Activate the Arlo app.

● Select My Devices under Settings.

● Pick a camera.

● Select Camera Positioning under Device Utilities.

(Video streaming from the camera begins. The Wi-Fi signal strength meter shows the strength of the Wi-Fi signal currently received by your camera).

Use Your Arlo Go Camera

Open your Arlo secure app, the device page appear on your camera feeds.
