In most big cities, especially in nuclear families, parents rarely have time to sit down with their children and tell them stories. For children attending preschools having assistive technology for preschoolers, stories are the gateway to learning. Stories help children develop their imaginations while also introducing them to the world of fairyland and its many interesting characters, teaching them to generate a variety of possible ideas and solutions in response to story events. The children will then gradually develop the habit of reading short stories, which will eventually lead to them learning a variety of things through the world of stories. There are numerous applications for stories in a child's development.

As we all know, stories were a primary tool used by our forefathers to pass on their knowledge of the world around them. For example, hunting, using simple weapons and lifestyle, and teaching the values that were very effectively conveyed through the stories on the cave stone walls. This demonstrates that storytelling was the first form of communication in humans. We have always been drawn to storytelling, ...
... whether literally or metaphorically.

Epics like Ramayana and Mahabharatha have simple narratives
Our epics, such as Ramayana and Mahabharatha, have simple narratives as well; a series of related and interdependent stories have evoked our thoughts and given our nation a focal point. Even the poorest and most illiterate people could understand and relate to everyday life through the characters and stories, and they could choose the right path when faced with life's challenges. Panchatantra and its animal fables are great inspirational and moral stories that are widely read and appreciated by both children and adults today.

We might wonder, "Why is it important for my child to learn storytelling or listen to a story in this modern age?" When there are so many other subjects to study? Why should storytelling be prioritized? The majority of parents report their children's stage fright, hesitation, and lack of confidence. Big goals can be attained by taking small steps toward them. Storytelling is a small step for a small child toward a larger goal in the future. Right from nursery, teaching a child to tell a small story like "THIRSTY CROW" with the moral "Where there is a will, there is a way" can help them build self-confidence, overcome introversion, improve listening skills, build interpersonal skills, shape their personality, hone leadership qualities, and most importantly, prepare them for careers of the future.

Most effective way for leaders to communicate
Storytelling is the most effective way for leaders to communicate with those they lead. It enables them to communicate their thoughts, information, and feelings while also inspiring those around them. Practicing storytelling helps children improve their verbal communication, body language, and public speaking skills, whether they have a thousand or one audience. Children are becoming accustomed to gadgets in this technologically advanced age. Electronic communication has captured a new generation, and platforms such as podcasts, YouTube, TED talks, and skillful presentation with storytelling abilities have become a new medium for reaching out to the world.

Everyone must speak in public at some point in their lives. Whether your child aspires to be a software engineer, doctor, CEO, or coach, we must all give a presentation or speak to our team in order to inspire them. Every child must put their thoughts into words at least once in their lives in order to make a point, take a stand, or tell their success or struggle stories to the world. When such a time comes, it's best to start preparing your child attending a preschool with preschool interactive activities now and make them feel comfortable as a speaker so that they can communicate and express themselves as effectively as possible.
Many stories that we have read, heard, or seen have affected us all. To make our point, we will all need to touch other people's hearts, and what better way to do so than through storytelling?
