Today, we are going to debunk those myths and clear your conceptions so that you can go ahead and enjoy a good massage as and when you want it.

Massages are meant for those who have a physical injury or are suffering from pain - anyone can go for a good massage. You don’t need to be physically injured or suffering from pain in order to book a session with the therapist.

Massage is good for relaxation purpose only - yes, it is true that a good massage helps to calm your fraught muscles and helps you relax, but it is much more than that. A good massage improves your blood circulation, improves the quality of your skin, and helps to get rid of headache, stress, tension and fatigue. At the same time, there are massages meant only for pleasure purpose, for example: ...
... the rub and tug massage in Sydney.

Massage is extremely costly - absolutely not. There are many good spas that are offering quality massages at affordable rates. You can easily book your session with any one of them.

If you have a medical condition, you should avoid massage - this is incorrect. You can opt for a massage irrespective of your medical condition. All that you need to do is tell the therapist about it at the beginning of the massage so that they take the necessary precautions and you are good to go.

You cannot get a massage done unless recommended by a doctor - absolutely not. You don’t need a doctor’s approval to go for a massage.

Massages are meant for women only - men, women, and elderly people - all can go for a massage. It is not specific for a particular gender.

You have to be completely naked during a massage - Not necessarily. If you opt for a head massage there is no need to naked. However, if you are opting for a sensual massage like the rub and tug Sydney, you need to be naked.

If you are an expecting mom, you should avoid a massage - massage is great for expectant mothers. It helps them to calm, relax and unwind from all the tensions that come with being pregnant.
