Vitamins can make our bodies work properly. They are essential organic nutrients required in very small amounts for normal metabolism, growth and physical well-being. We can get the vitamins from what we eat each day. But there are still some different in the amount those foods contain.

When you eat foods that have water-soluble vitamins, these vitamins cannot be stored as much in your body. Instead, they travel through your bloodstream.
So these kinds of vitamins need to be replaced often because they don't stick around!
The best way of getting all the vitamins is to eat variety of foods, and don't skip meals. It will allow you to achieve the balance of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and calories. Whole or unprocessed foods — like fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy products, lean meats, fish, and poultry — are the best choices for providing the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy and grow properly.
