Lungs Detox Diet Plan
We try a variety of diets for the purposes of slimming down, bulking up, and growing muscle. However, there are specific diets that must be adhered to in order to maximise the longevity of organs. One such diet is the lung detox diet.
Because of the steadily rising levels of pollution in the environment, it is more important than ever to take care of one's lungs. Since our lungs are the source of the oxygen that enables the rest of our body to function properly, neglecting to do so can lead to a variety of serious health problems.
In the previous post, we went over a few items that can be good for lung detox. Today, we will go over a meal plan for lung detox that can be followed simply at home and will encourage improved lung functioning.
Lungs Detox Diet
The removal of mucus from the lungs and airways can be accomplished by lung detox. Asthma, cystic fibrosis, and chronic pulmonary disease are just a few examples of ailments that can be helped by this supplement (COPD).
It is a good idea to begin a lung detox diet so that you can avoid being put in a scenario like this.
Day 1
The ...
... first day should begin with one glass of water infused with fenugreek.
Breakfast consisted of freshly squeezed carrot juice seasoned with a touch of ground black pepper and an egg and vegetable omelette.
Mid snacks consist of fruit and the "Magic Tea for Lungs" recipe (see below).
For lunch, Jawar ki roti with moong dal and masala sprouts salad.
Drinking a glass of lemon water with chia seeds in the afternoon.
Be sure to follow your evening snacks with some deep breathing exercises and a glass of beetroot juice that has been seasoned with a pinch of black salt.
Vegetable pulao accompanied by a curd and sprout salad for supper.
Day 2
First thing in the morning: warm water with cinnamon and chia seeds.
Upma is made with vermicelli for breakfast, along with fresh juice made from any juicy fruit (orange, pineapple, or sweet lime, for example).

The meal consisted of multigrain roti accompanied by sabji and salad.
Afternoon- Green tea
Snacks in the Evening: Fresh fruit juice seasoned with black salt
Simple rice with a hearty dal and a cucumber salad will be served for supper.
Day 3

Afternoon- Green tea
Snacks in the evening: a warm bowl of pumpkin soup
Dinner consisted of dal, jeera rice, and a salad.

Pineapple for a snack at midday
Toor dal khichdi served with kachumber and plain curd as the lunch dish
Green tea or herbal tea in the afternoon (tulsi and cinnamon)
Evening Snacks- Kidney bean salad

Magic Tea For Lung Detox
We suggest you try the “amazon detox” potion for your lungs and see the difference.
Ingredients
Stick of cinnamon- 1
Tiny Ginger root- 1inch
Basil leaves- 4-6
Black pepper- 2-3 nos
Oregano, according to your taste
Fennel seeds- 1 tsp
Elachi- ¼ tsp
Crushed Jeera- 1 tsp
Ajwain- ¼ tsp
Preparation Method
1. In ½ cups of water, combine the following ingredients: cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, basil leaves, fennel seeds, ajwain, jeera, and elaichi.
2. Allow it to boil until about half of the water is left in the pot. Add honey and sip after filtering.
3. Two minutes prior to turning off the gas, oregano can be added to the dish. (Because oregano has such a robust flavour, the beverage will absorb the flavour completely.)
Tips on Diet and Lifestyle Changes for Lung Detoxification
Modifying your routine in even the smallest way can have a significant impact on your well-being. You won't believe the impact it makes if you put these basic suggestions into action in your life.
In order to improve the circulation of air throughout the lungs, pranayama should be practised every day for at least twenty to thirty minutes.
Start a regular walking regimen that lasts for at least half an hour. Both the circulation of blood and the intake of oxygen will be improved.
Include one teaspoon of flaxseed or blackseed oil in your daily routine, preferably on an empty stomach.
It is important to avoid skipping meals throughout the day, especially breakfast.
In order to cleanse your lungs, including smoothies and juices in your diet.
Drink six to eight cups of room temperature or lukewarm water.
Have herbal teas like mint, ginger, fennel and cumin etc.
Experiment with meditating by taking deep breaths in and out while you do it.
The Bottom Line
A healthy diet is essential for lung detox since it helps free up the airways that lead to the lungs. It is possible for the lungs to extend their lifespan and improve their general health if they are allowed to work more effectively and if dust, pollutants, and mucus are reduced. Alterations in lifestyle, in addition to dietary modifications, may be necessary for optimal lung detoxification effects.
