• Place the keyboard just below your elbows.
• Raise your seat so your elbows are at a 90-110 degree angle to relax your forearms and shoulders at the keyboard. You can stay seated or be stationed in a stand-up position. The keyboard can also be flat on to the surface or strapped down so it’s tilted upwards a touch.
• For desk or keyboard tray that offers optimal placement for keyboard and mouse (or combined for complex computer tasks) ^^
