Curd - 2 tablespoons
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Fresh coriander leaves chopped- 2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying- 3tbsp
To Decorate:
Chat powder- 2 tsp
Fresh coriander chopped- 2 tsp
Method Of Preparation
Cleaning Method:
1. Place the fish pieces that have been washed and cleaned inside a vessel with a lid.
2. Make sure that your fish has a moderate amount of thickness.
3. Combine the salt, turmeric, and the vinegar thoroughly.
4. Next, wash with clean water four to five times.
Marination:
1. First, thoroughly clean the fish, and then proceed to marinate it.
2. For the marination, combine the ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder, curd, garam masala, coriander, lemon juice, and salt.
3. Place a cover on it, and let it sit for a period of forty minutes.
Cooking:
1. Heat up two tablespoons of oil in a skillet that does not stick to food and set it aside.
2. Add chunks of fish that have been marinated, together with chillies that have been marinated.
3. Using a flame that is just on the low side, cook both sides.
4. For a finishing touch, sprinkle chat powder and chopped coriander over the top.
