Food is love, and food with the taste of chicken Tandoori masala is even better. We Indians adore our spices and would never compromise on the ones that give our food flavour; the taste of Tandoor is a type of incredibly delicious, saucy, smoky, and spicy which gives your dishes the ideal punch.
We frequently, actually most times immediately think of Chicken or Meat dishes when speaking of Tandoor - forgetting or ignoring the fact that Tandoor in actuality is a flavour - a companion that makes not only your chicken or meat but your paneer and other sabjis flavourful and smoking hot.

Starting with everyone’s most- favourite and not so uncommon - Paneer Tandoori Pizza
Paneer Tandoori Pizza
When in India, it’s fusion, fun and flavour! This is one such fusion meal created with tandoori paneer tikka and pizza dough.
Ingredients
1. Thin crust pizza base
2. Pizza sauce - ¼ cup
3. Grated mozzarella cheese (as per preference)
4. TFT Tandoori Masala - 2 ½ tsp
5. Paneer cubes - ½ cup
6. Onion cubes - ¼ cup

8. Tomato cubes - ¼ cup
9. Oil - 2 tsp
10. Thick yoghurt - ¼ cup
11. Butter - 2 tsp
Method
For the marinade -
1. In a bowl, add a cup of thick curd followed by TFT Tandoori Masala
2. Add in some butter or oil to make the texture smooth and buttery
3. Add in the chickpea flour so the marinade sits well with your toppings, followed by salt to taste.
For topping -
1. Mix the paneer, onions, peppers, and tomatoes in a large dish with the marinade. Gently toss, then set aside for 10 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium and add the cooked veggies to the mix after that for 3 to 4 minutes while giving it a gentle stir.
3. Divide the toppings into 2 chunks that are equal and put aside.
For pizza -
1. Place a pizza base on a dry surface, top with 1 part of the tandoori paneer topping, and drizzle with some pizza sauce.
2. Add cheese as per your taste
3. On an oiled baking sheet, place your pizza and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the base is evenly browned, in a preheated oven at 200°c (400°f).
4. Serve your tandoori paneer pizza right away after cutting it into equal slices.
Stuffed Tandoori Mushroom
Loaded with the typical hotness of a tandoor dish, get a taste of this stuffed tandoori mushroom, which is so amazingly delicious and mouthwatering that there is no going back.
Ingredients-
1. Mushrooms - 150 gms
2. Lemon juice - 10 ml
3. TFT tandoori powder - 2 tbsp
4. TFT cumin seeds - ½ tsp
5. Onion (chopped) - 50 gms
6. Mustard oil - 20 ml
7. Greek yoghurt - 30 ml
8. Salt to taste
9. Ginger paste - 5 gms
10. Garlic paste - 5gms
Method-
1. Wrap the mushrooms with flour and separate their stems; wash them to get rid of all the dirt. Add the stems and let them cook until light brown in colour.
2. Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion, and ginger garlic paste, and sauté until the mixture turns light pinkish.
3. After cooking, season with salt to taste and add cumin. Put out the flame.

5. Now place this filling into the mushrooms' insides. To prevent the filling mixture from spilling, gently cover all of the mushrooms with tandoori marinade.
6. In a baking pan, place the mushrooms under the grill for approximately 15-20 minutes at 180 C in a convection oven.
Tandoori Gobi

Ingredients -
1. Gobi florets 1kg
2. TFT Tandoori masala - 2 tsp
3. TFT Cumin seeds - 1tsp
4. TFT Coriander powder - 1 tsp
5. Ginger paste - 1tsp
6. Garlic paste - 1 tsp
7. Greek yoghurt - 1 tsp
8. Oil - 1 tsp
9. TFT Chilli powder - ¼ tsp
10. Salt to taste
Method -
1. For the marination masala, in a bowl, add TFT Tandoori Masala followed by salt, red chilli powder, pepper powder, oil, garlic and ginger pastes, and curd, and mix thoroughly.
2. Marinade the gobi florets with the masala.
3. Cook in a drip tray in a very hot oven until brown.
4. Oil the surface and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
5. Top with lemon juice and chaat masala and serve hot.
