How To Write The Perfect Instagram Bio In 4 Easy Steps

A good Instagram bio can make all the difference in growing your audience.
Because most people evaluate accounts before they follow them, creating a compelling bio is essential to growing your Instagram account. This is how the evaluation process works in most cases:
- We discover Instagram accounts we have never seen before through our home feeds, the Explorer page, or Activity Feed. Tap their username to see their account.

A bio on Instagram is a great way to convert people who find your page into followers. It should be clear and concise and explain exactly what you offer and how you are different from other accounts offering similar services.
Your bio is not intended to convince people to follow your blog. It's meant to help them understand what you have to offer and make a decision about whether or not to follow you.
How to write your bio:
How well you follow these four steps will determine how effective your Instagram bio at converting followers into discoverers.
1. Clarify what your Instagram has to offer your audience
Before you start writing down something, you need to first define what it is you are offering and how it differs from others who offer similar content. What is my account offering to my audience? Are you able to differentiate it from other accounts that offer similar services? What is the difference? If the answers don't seem to be clear, it's time for you to go back to the drawing boards and clarify your strategy. But, it's more important to ensure that your content is consistent with what you offer. It's possible to write a bio that attracts followers that says you are the best at what you do. If your content doesn't reflect that, everyone will stop following you.
Don't waste time trying to pretend that you are something you're not. People are intelligent and can see right through it.
2. Use the shortest sentence and most direct possible
Once you have a clear understanding of what you offer and the difference it makes, it is time to put it down as concisely and clearly as possible. It will be easier to convert people into your followers if it is concise and clear. This will make it easier for people to find what you have to offer. Write it down in just 3-5 words. You should eliminate any words that aren't directly related to communicating what you offer and how you differ from others. You'll get better results if you're a better editor.
Here are some examples of simple and clear bios compared to accounts that offer similar services but don't write it clearly. Which are you most likely follow?
The companies to the left clearly and simply state what they offer and how it differs from others. The companies on the right are less clear, don't explain how they differentiate themselves or add text that is not related to what they offer. This can cause confusion for the reader.
Simply stating what your offer and how it differs from others is not enough to get people to follow you. This will make it easier for anyone who might be interested to identify what you offer. It will make it easier for people to find your page and follow you. This can lead to thousands of new followers, which you wouldn't have gained if the bio wasn't clear.
This is a lot of business you could have if you were strategic in how you write your bio.
3. To include all your contact information, you can use Instagram's business account functionality
