1.Backup the current database file.
2.Start MS Access.
3.Create a new MS Access database file.
4.Select File > Get External Data > Import. A dialog box appears to let you import the data from external source into the current database file.
5.Import the database objects that are not corrupt from the previous database. While importing data makes sure that you do not import the corrupt objects, else the problem will not be resolved.
After you have imported objects, you can continue working with this new database. However, with the steps given above you will not be able to access the damaged objects, which means the data stored in the damaged objects is lost. You need to recreate the damaged objects and have to manually collect data once again. The above given process saves you from a big data loss but you still encounter some data loss if you cannot rearrange the lost data or you do not have enough time to recollect the data.
