- ORGAN and BLOOD DETOX:-in this step you eliminate the heavy metals and toxins from the liver, kidneys and bloodstream.

- REPLENISHING:-at this stage the body is replenished with important nutrients and vitamins which has been withdrawn from the body during its ineffective working process .

After it has got all the nourishment needed, the body strengthens its immune system. However, you must not at all ignore the final step in any means. The intestinal flora should be refurbished with a dose of probiotics which aids the intestinal area to do its job suitably and further strengthens the immune system.
