Pleasant accommodation is a place with all the basic facilities, it should be clean and tidy. If you want to stay in a hotel, then the hotel should have a good location and good staff. You can also find pleasant hotels near metro stations or bus stops because they are easily accessible. Most of the Dursley accommodations also have parking spaces which are very important for travelling people.
 
You would also like a comfortable bed. A clean bathroom and a kitchen where you can cook if you like. A place to sleep in peace, away from the noise and bustle of everyday life. A quiet place where you can read, write, or paint.
 
It is not necessary that these things belong to the same house, but they should be within easy reach of one another. The atmosphere of a home is very important in the development of personality.

The room should have an air conditioning or heating system so that you can adjust the temperature according to your desire. You need to feel comfortable while resting or working out.
The room should have access to a kitchen area and dining table where you can prepare your own meals or snacks whenever you feel hungry or thirsty during the day or night time when it's too late for dinner at home (if you're travelling alone).
There should be enough space in your Dursley accommodation so that you can move around freely without bumping into each other while sitting on the bed, couch, chair or anywhere else inside your room including the bathroom where there are many things to do like brushing your teeth, washing face and hands etc. which may be inconvenient if there's no space available for doing those things properly (especially if there's only one toilet inside a small bathroom).
