One of the common health issues that we all have faced at least once in our lifetime is anxiety. Your anxiety doesn’t need to last for weeks, months, or years, but sometimes anxiety can be caused due to some situations. For example: when you are supposed to give a speech in front of hundreds of people you feel nervous and start sweating, several thoughts start running in your mind and after you deliver your speech and you are out of that situation your anxiety calms down. This is just one example of how anxiety can attack you. But you may go through several situations in your day-to-day life that can cause anxiety.

Here are some of the common symptoms of anxiety

1. Racing thoughts

We all can control our thoughts whether they may be good or bad. However, many of us cannot control our thoughts and the thoughts keep on racing in our brain, no matter what you do you can’t get rid of them. This is one of the major symptoms of anxiety.

2. Sleeping problems

When you are suffering from anxiety, you feel it’s impossible to fall asleep as the thoughts that are going on in your mind won’t ...
... let you sleep. People with anxiety either sleep too much to get rid of thoughts or sleep too less.

3. Trouble concentrating

When there are tens and hundreds of thoughts going on in your head it’s impossible to concentrate on what you are doing. Even if you try harder to concentrate you will feel stressed.

4. Sweating

Anxiety causes nervousness and stress, so when you get stressed your heartbeat and body temperature increase which makes your sweat glands overactive and you start to sweat.

5. Negativity

When you have anxiety, you have a lot of mood swings and you start to think negatively even on the most positive days of your life. You are always afraid of something that may never happen to you.

These are just some of the symptoms of anxiety that can cause severe damage to your body. But don’t worry because everything has a solution and even anxiety can be cured. Sound therapy is the best way to calm and cure your anxiety. Some of its benefits are:

• In a sound therapy instruments such as crystal bowls, tuning forks, voices, Tibetan sound bowls, and other sources of sounds are used to calm your anxiety.
• Sound therapy increases your concentration levels and helps you to cope-up with your day-to-day activities.
• It will provide you with better sleep, and reduce blood pressure and anxiety attacks.
