• If we deal with your service, are we allocated a person that is our only person of contact, or are we dealing with different staff and personnel? For many people this becomes an issue since dealing with someone specific may help them feel more relaxed and less stressed.

• How do you calculate cost? Is it time based, or based on the distance the car has to be chauffeured? Can this be quoted before I decide I want to use your company’s service?

• Do you provide decorations for the car, and will my theme be considered when choosing the colour of ribbons, for example?

• Are there any incidentals the client should allow for, such as providing eats and drinks for the chauffeur, for instance?
